SehgalMotors.PK fits Maximus paint protection film (PPF) over every painted panel of your car in a clear gloss finish, at seven studios in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Multan. Full-car clear PPF starts from Rs. 130,000, and the whole car is finished in one day within studio working hours.

We import Maximus film directly rather than buying it from a reseller, and our own installers have fitted it on more than 20,000 cars. The film sits between the road and your factory paint, taking the stone chips, light scratches, swirl marks and sun fading that Pakistan's roads and summers put on a car's finish.

Maximus is a TPU film. TPU stands for thermoplastic polyurethane, the flexible, clear material used in genuine PPF, as opposed to the cheaper PVC and TPH films that harden and yellow in the heat.

Coverage and finish

Every job covers all of the car's painted panels, so the whole body is protected to the same level and there are no film edges halfway across the bonnet. We don't fit single panels or front-only kits, and clear film is fitted in gloss only, so a matte or satin look isn't something we offer.

Coloured PPF changes your car's colour and protects the paint in one layer. Because it's a film and not a respray, the original colour is still underneath when it comes off. The current colours can be seen at any of our studios.

Installation

Your car is fitted indoors, in a dust-managed studio, by SehgalMotors.PK's own installers, which keeps dust specks from getting trapped under the film. A full car is done in one day within working hours. You take an aftercare kit home with you, and the car comes back for a check at 10 days, so a lifting edge gets fixed before it spreads.

Genuine PPF vs counterfeit film

Unbranded film is sold widely in Pakistan, and it usually looks fine on the day it's fitted. The differences show up over the following months, so these are the checks worth making before you pay any installer.

SehgalMotors.PK points out that all PPF sold in Pakistan, genuine film included, is made in China. If a box or label says it's made in the USA, or carries an American flag, a fake company is behind it.

Questions people ask us

Is ceramic coating better than PPF?

No, they do different jobs. PPF is a physical layer that takes stone chips and scratches, while ceramic coating adds gloss and makes the car easier to wash but won't stop a chip. Many owners put ceramic on top of their PPF to get both.

Will PPF damage my paint when it comes off?

Not on factory paint. Genuine film uses a paint-safe adhesive, and when it's warmed and peeled back by a trained installer it lifts cleanly, leaving the original paint as it was.

Can PPF be fitted to just part of the car?

No. We fit PPF to the full car only, covering every painted panel, so the whole body is protected to the same level. Single panels and front-only kits aren't available.

Will PPF change how my car looks?

Clear PPF keeps your car's colour and adds a deeper gloss. If you want a new colour, coloured PPF changes it and protects the paint in one layer, and the original colour is still underneath when it comes off.

How long does PPF last?

Genuine TPU film such as Maximus lasts 5 to 10 years or more with normal care. Cheaper TPH and PVC films harden and yellow much sooner in Pakistan's heat.

How do I wash a car with PPF?

Wash it normally by hand with a car shampoo and a soft mitt. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and polishing compounds on the film.
