TERMS & CONDITIONS

SehgalMotors.pk is the owner and operator of this website. Throughout this website, the terms “SehgalMotors.pk”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to SehgalMotors.pk, while “You”, “User”, or “Customer” refers to any person who accesses the website, browses it, places an order, purchases any product, or avails any service from SehgalMotors.pk.

These Terms & Conditions apply to ALL offerings of SehgalMotors.pk, including but not limited to:
• Car accessories
• Electronic gadgets and electrical items
• Vehicle lighting and modification products
• Installation services
• Detailing, polishing, and coating
• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Wrapping and cosmetic modifications
• After-sales support and service work

By accessing this website and/or purchasing any product or availing any service from SehgalMotors.pk, you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any policies, disclaimers, invoices, job cards, service agreements, or documents referenced or signed at the time of purchase or service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or avail any product or service.

SECTION 1 – NATURE OF BUSINESS & SCOPE

SehgalMotors.pk is a retailer, installer, and service provider. SehgalMotors.pk is NOT:
• a vehicle manufacturer
• a paint manufacturer
• a paint inspection authority
• an insurance assessor
• a vehicle valuation company

All products and services are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to the existing condition of the vehicle or product at the time of service.

SECTION 2 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is solely responsible for:
• ensuring the vehicle is suitable for the requested service
• disclosing prior repaint, repair, accident, or modification history
• inspecting the vehicle or product before and at delivery
• obtaining any independent inspection (e.g., dealership paint inspection) if required

Failure to disclose prior defects, repaint, or damage shall bar any future claim against SehgalMotors.pk.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS (ACCESSORIES, GADGETS, ELECTRONICS)
────────────────────────

1. SehgalMotors.pk sells genuine, aftermarket, and third-party products.
2. Product performance depends on usage, vehicle compatibility, installation conditions, voltage, environment, and maintenance.
3. SehgalMotors.pk does not guarantee suitability for every vehicle unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Cosmetic variations, minor scratches, packaging wear, or design differences do not constitute defects.
5. Electronic items are NOT returnable once opened, installed, powered, or used, unless required by law.

SECTION 4 – INSTALLATION & MODIFICATION SERVICES

1. Installation is carried out using industry-accepted tools and methods.
2. SehgalMotors.pk is not responsible for:
   • pre-existing wiring issues
   • weak mounts or panels
   • aftermarket alterations by third parties
   • manufacturer design flaws
3. Any modification may affect manufacturer warranty; SehgalMotors.pk bears no responsibility for OEM warranty implications.

SECTION 5A – PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF), WRAPPING & DETAILING DISCLAIMER

5A.1 Services are performed strictly on the vehicle’s existing condition.

5A.2 SehgalMotors.pk does NOT inspect, certify, or guarantee:
• OEM paint
• factory finish
• repaint history
• paint thickness
• adhesion quality

5A.3 Vehicles may have:
• prior repaint
• weak or uncured paint
• filler work
• UV, chemical, heat, or pressure-wash damage
These conditions may not be visible and may cause paint lifting or peeling.

5A.4 Paint peeling may occur EVEN ON FACTORY PAINT due to:
• age
• curing variance
• environmental exposure
• Pakistan’s climate
The customer voluntarily accepts this risk.

5A.5 Multiple PPF variants exist with different prices, thicknesses, durability, and performance.
Claims cannot be generalized across products.

5A.6 Coloured PPF and wraps are aesthetic products and do not guarantee underlying paint condition.

5A.7 Any “service warranty” applies ONLY to workmanship issues related to the film itself (e.g., bubbles, edge lifting) and NEVER to paint, clear coat, or resale value.

5A.8 Delayed removal increases risk; SehgalMotors.pk is not responsible for damage caused by delayed removal.

5A.9 No verbal statement constitutes a warranty unless written, signed, and stamped by authorized management.

5A.10 Signed service agreements, disclaimers, or job cards shall override website content in case of conflict.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE & FINALITY

1. The customer or authorized driver must inspect the product/vehicle at delivery.
2. Signing delivery confirmation constitutes acceptance.
3. No claim for visible issues shall be entertained after delivery.
4. Completion of service closes the transaction unless a written complaint is filed within 24 hours.

SECTION 7 – SOCIAL MEDIA, DEFAMATION & BAD-FAITH CONDUCT
────────────────────────

1. Customers must use official channels (email, WhatsApp, help desk) for complaints.
2. Any attempt to:
   • demand money
   • threaten reviews
   • upload defamatory content
   • exert social-media pressure
shall be treated as bad-faith conduct.

SehgalMotors.pk reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for defamation, extortion, and reputational harm.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
────────────────────────

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, SehgalMotors.pk shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential loss
• resale depreciation
• emotional distress
• loss of business or goodwill
• third-party claims
• manufacturer defects beyond our control

Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product or service.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
────────────────────────

1. Electronics: No return after opening/installation.
2. Accessories: Return only if unused and in original packaging.
3. Services, detailing, PPF, wrapping: NON-REFUNDABLE once performed.
4. No refund for wear & tear, misuse, water damage, or external causes.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
────────────────────────

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Courts at Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and Multan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

SECTION 11 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SURVIVAL
────────────────────────

These Terms, together with invoices, disclaimers, and signed documents, constitute the entire agreement.
All liability limitations, disclaimers, and indemnities shall survive completion of service.

SECTION 12 – ACCEPTANCE

By using the website, placing an order, or availing any service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
