Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear, fair terms so you know exactly what to expect if you ever need to cancel or return an order.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been dispatched from the SehgalMotors.pk warehouse.

Bank Transfer / Cash Deposit

The customer receives a full refund through the original payment method.

Credit / Debit Card Payments

Refund is processed after deduction of the applicable payment gateway/bank transaction charges (currently 2.5%), as these charges are non-refundable to SehgalMotors.pk.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled immediately. The shipment must first be returned to the SehgalMotors.pk warehouse or designated facility.

Return Shipment

Product is sent back to our warehouse or designated facility.

Inspection

Item is received and inspected by our team.

Approval & Refund

Once approved, eligible balance is refunded.

The following deductions apply:

  • All actual forward shipping, return shipping, Return-to-Origin (RTO), handling, and other logistics charges incurred by SehgalMotors.pk.
  • For Credit/Debit Card payments, the applicable payment gateway/bank transaction charges (currently 2.5%) are also deducted, as these charges are non-refundable.

The remaining balance, if any, is refunded through the original payment method.

Refund Processing
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval of the cancellation, or receipt and inspection of the returned shipment — whichever applies.
  • The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SehgalMotors.pk reserves the right to reject or adjust a refund if the returned product is found to be used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, or promotional items.

Non-Refundable Products

The following products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed or production has commenced:

Non-Refundable
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Vehicle-specific products manufactured or customized upon customer request
  • Custom seat covers and other specially manufactured products made according to the customer's vehicle specifications
  • Any other special-order or imported products procured specifically for the customer

General Terms
  • Payment gateway/bank transaction charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • SehgalMotors.pk reserves the right to recover any actual costs incurred due to cancellation, including but not limited to payment gateway charges, courier charges, return logistics charges, handling charges, and any other expenses directly related to processing the cancelled order.
  • By placing an order on SehgalMotors.pk, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
