This page sets out plainly who SehgalMotors.pk is, how to make sure you're dealing with us and not someone using a similar name, where our own-brand products come from, and what happens when something goes wrong with an order or a job.

1.Who we are

SehgalMotors.pk sells car accessories and fits paint protection film (PPF) and detailing services through more than 18 retail branches and PPF studios in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Multan, and through our online store, which delivers across Pakistan. We sell more than 2 million units a year from a range of over 25,000 products, and the business is backed by a family that has worked in Pakistan's automotive trade for more than 60 years.

We are owned and operated by SEHGALMOTORS.PK, with our registered office at 25-A Abdul Isphani Road, Faisal Town, Lahore.

2.How to recognise the real SehgalMotors.pk

Other businesses in the car trade use names similar to ours, including in cities where we have branches. They are not connected with us, and we can't answer for their products, prices, staff or service. Before you buy or pay, check that you're using one of these official channels:

Pay only at our branch counters against a computerised invoice, through the checkout on sehgalmotors.pk, or into the official accounts printed on your invoice or confirmed by phone call on 0311-1222357. We never ask for payment into a staff member's personal account or mobile wallet, and we never ask for your card PIN or OTP. If someone asks you to, it isn't us. Please report it on 0311-1222357.

3.Our own brands, including Maximus

Alongside the international and local brands we stock, we sell our own product lines, the main one being Maximus, which covers paint protection film and automotive LED lighting. Our own brands let us control the price, keep stock available across our branches, and choose specifications that suit Pakistani cars and conditions.

We're open about where our products come from. Maximus PPF is made in China and imported directly by us. In fact, all PPF sold in Pakistan, including genuine film, is made in China, so if a box or label claims a film is made in the USA, or carries an American flag, the company behind it is fake. You can ask to see the roll and its batch details at our studios before any work starts on your car.

4.When something goes wrong

We ship thousands of orders a month and fit PPF on 10 to 12 cars a day, so now and then a parcel arrives damaged, a product is faulty, or a job needs attention. When that happens, this is the process:

  1. 1Tell us in writing. Email sales@sehgalmotors.pk or message us on WhatsApp 0311-1222357 with your invoice number, photos or video, and what went wrong. For online orders, report damaged, missing or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery, with your unboxing video.
  2. 2We inspect it. We'll ask you to bring the product or car to a branch, or send it back, so our team can see the problem for themselves.
  3. 3We fix it where it's ours to fix. Depending on the cause and on our Terms & Conditions, we repair, replace, redo the work, or give credit or a refund.

Every PPF job includes an aftercare kit and a check at 10 days, so any edge that starts lifting is put right early. We also track the complaints we receive by product and supplier, and stop selling products that keep coming back.

5.Reviews and feedback

We want honest reviews, including critical ones, because they show us where we're getting things wrong. We read reviews on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Where a review describes a problem, the quickest way to get it looked at is to contact us directly with your invoice number, so our team can follow it up.

We can't delete reviews from Google, Facebook or Instagram. Those platforms decide what stays up under their own rules. We report a review to the platform only where it breaks those rules, for example when it is abusive, posted by someone who was never our customer, or about a different business with a similar name.

6.AI chat and our staff

Messages on our WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and website chat are answered by an AI assistant, so you can get an answer at any hour. Calls to 0311-1222357 are answered by a person. The AI can give general information, but it can't agree prices, confirm fitment for your specific car, or approve refunds; our AI Chatbot & Communication Policy explains exactly what it can and can't do.

Deal with our staff only through our branches and official numbers. Work arranged privately with one of our fitters, or paid to a staff member directly, isn't SehgalMotors.pk work and isn't covered by us. If any staff member asks you for direct payment or offers private work, please report it to 0311-1222357.
