The genuine JBL GTO609C is a 2 way car audio speaker system with 6.5 inch woofers and separate tweeters, rated at 270W peak power handling and sold as a set of 2.

The woofers use carbon-injected Plus One cones, and the tweeters mount with JBL's patented I-Mount system, so you can place them where they suit your car. Each side has its own external crossover box with screw terminals. The photos show two woofers with grilles, two tweeters and two crossovers.

Is it right for your car?

You'll need a 6.5 inch speaker opening, listed as 6-1/2"" (160 mm). The listing says the slim build suits most car doors. Because the tweeters and crossovers are separate, fitting takes a little more work than a single coaxial speaker.
