The JBL Club 9600C is a genuine 2 way component car speaker system with 6x9 inch woofers, sold as a set of 2 and rated at 85W RMS.

Because the tweeters are separate from the woofers, you can mount them apart. Each tweeter comes with its own mounting cup, and two crossovers with screw terminals split the sound between woofer and tweeter. Grilles are included in the photos too.

Is it right for your car?

You'll need two 6x9 inch openings, the size of the woofers (152 x 230 mm on the graphic). Both graphics list a 3 ohm impedance and 93 dB sensitivity.

One thing to know. The old title called this a coaxial speaker, but the photos and both graphics show a component set with separate tweeters and crossovers. The two graphics also give different power and frequency figures, so both are shown in the table below. Ask us if those numbers matter to your setup.

How to fit it

1. Remove the car panel that covers the speaker opening.
2. Fit each 6x9 woofer into its opening and secure it.
3. Mount the tweeters using their mounting cups.
4. Wire the woofer and tweeter through the crossover screw terminals.
5. Test the sound, then secure the panel again.

Speakers can be fitted at Sehgal Motors branches if you'd rather not wire them yourself.
