Honda Airwave Maximus Rear Screen Silicone Wiper Blade 2005 - 2010

Product Overview

Honda Airwave Maximus Rear Screen Silicone Wiper Blade 2005 - 2010 is an accessory replacement for Honda Airwave 2005 - 2010. It is designed for the use and application as described in the title and will be used for the stated purpose, will be of the stated colour, size, quantity or electrical specification as applicable. Check the shape of the car as well as the existing parts before fitting, as the level of trim and previous repairs can make a difference.

What It Is and How It Works

Honda Airwave Maximus Rear Screen Silicone Wiper Blade 2005 - 2010: Wiping part for the screen position and size stated above. By maintaining an even rubber or silicone edge on the glass, a wiper functions. If it is not long enough or the arm is not attached to the proper place, an unwiped edge will be left.

Materials and Build

As per the product name, Honda Airwave Maximus Rear Screen Silicone Wiper Blade 2005 – 2010 is made of Silicone and provided with 2005 - 2010. Pre-check surface, edges and attachment surfaces before installing; stop if any surface is warped or a connector, slot or mounting point does not align naturally.

Key Benefits

•   Matches the indicated length of the blade or screen's position.
•   Clears rain and spray when the blade is level on clean glass.
•   Provides an acceptable replacement for a blade that skips, chattars or smears a band.
•   Can replace one blade if the other one can be used.

When to Buy or Replace It

Replace HONDA Airwave Maximus Rear Screen Silicone Wiper Blade (2005 - 2010) - Blade streaks, skips, chattars or leaves a part of the screen wet after the glass and washer system has been cleaned. Replace both front blades at the same time if they are worn to a similar degree.

Buying Considerations

The trim level and shape/mounting area of the Honda Airwave 2005 - 2010 is confirmed from the images of the products; if the car has a replacement panel or imported spec, then the registration year is insufficient. It will NOT fix weak washer spray, scratched glass or bent wiper arm. Before removing the old blade, the fitter should verify the type of attachment.

Installation or Use Guide

•   With the wiper arm raised carefully, cover the glass with a folded towel.
•   Release the old blade from its connector.
•   Check the length and attachment with the replacement.
•   Gently lower arm and secure new blade in place.
•   Test for uniformity of wet glass with no noise or edge effect.

The typical error is letting the bare arm snap against the glass as the blade is being taken off, which may break the car window.
