HKS XL Version Heavy Burnt Tip Exhaust Silencer With Round Face - - Size 3.5cm - 8005G-133-51

HKS XL Version Heavy Burnt Tip Exhaust Silencer with Round Face, 8005G-133-51

The HKS XL Version heavy burnt tip exhaust silencer gives your car's tailpipe a bold finish, with a polished chrome body and a round face tip heat-coloured in blue and purple. It's made to improve the exhaust sound, and its universal fitment suits a wide spread of cars rather than one model.

From behind, the blue-purple tip contrasts with the bright chrome body. It attaches directly to your existing exhaust system without complicated changes.

Is it right for your car?

Check the size before you order. The title gives the size as 3.5 cm, while the graphic and the old description give a 3.5 inch diameter, and those are very different sizes. One graphic also calls it the XXL Version rather than XL. Ask us to confirm the size and version against your exhaust pipe.

How to fit it

1. Let the exhaust cool completely before you start.
2. Measure your exhaust outlet and compare it with the silencer size.
3. Attach the silencer directly to your existing exhaust system.
4. Check that it sits straight and is held firmly before you drive.

If the job looks tricky, the old listing recommends having a professional fit it.

Questions people ask us

Will it make my car louder?

Possibly. The graphic says improved exhaust sound, but it doesn't give a figure or say how much the sound changes.

Is it XL or XXL?

Our title says XL. One graphic says XXL, so check with us.

Will it fit my car?

It's sold with universal fitment according to the graphic, but you should still match the size to your exhaust pipe before you buy, because the title and graphic disagree on it.
