24 SMD Silicon Flasher Parking Light Pair - Blue

24 SMD Silicon Flasher Parking Light Pair - Blue - SehgalMotors.pk

This is a pair of blue 24 SMD flasher bulbs from Sehgal Motors for the T10 parking light and number plate sockets, often called a "machli bulb". Each bulb flashes blue automatically as soon as the lights are switched on, with no switch, remote or extra wiring involved.

The 24 SMD chips sit under a clear silicone coating that makes the bulb waterproof. SehgalMotors.PK points out that, fitted as a parking light, it gives the headlamp a good blue glow.

What's in the box

• 2 blue 24 SMD T10 flasher bulbs

Compatibility

These bulbs fit cars that use a T10 bulb in the parking light or number plate light. SehgalMotors.PK has fitted them in a Suzuki Mehran and a 2006 Honda Civic. Many newer cars have built-in LED daytime running lights (DRLs) instead of a T10 parking bulb, and these bulbs won't fit those cars.

Installation

The bulb pushes straight into the existing T10 socket in place of the old one, so you can fit it yourself without tools or wiring. Fitting is also available at SehgalMotors.PK branches for a charge.

Make sure the bulb sits tightly in the holder. If the socket's grip is loose, the contacts can spark, and that can burn the bulb out.

Before you order

• The bulbs flash only. There is no steady-light mode.
• They are waterproof but not rated as heat resistant.
• Check that your car has a T10 parking or number plate bulb, not built-in LED DRLs.
