Car Floor Mats and Trunk Mats in Pakistan

Wet shoes, muddy bags and an umbrella left in the boot all leave something behind. A removable mat gives you a surface you can take out and clean, instead of working the dirt out of the car's carpet.

Choosing Rhe Material

7D mats have a layered construction, stitched surface and raised sides. TPE is a moulded, rubber-like plastic that can be lifted out for cleaning. PVC rubber is a heavier option. The textured grass roll can be trimmed to shape and holds dust within its fibres.

The Fit Matters As Much As The Finish

Good coverage leaves less carpet exposed to muddy shoes. A removable trunk mat makes spills easier to deal with, while a properly secured driver's mat stays clear of the controls. Check the fixing arrangement rather than relying on the word custom-fit alone.

When An Old Mat Has Had Enough

A worn heel area, cracked edge or backing that won't stay in place is a reason to replace it. Pay particular attention to the driver's side. A mat that moves towards the pedals needs sorting out before the next drive.

Compare The Options

Match the model, year and body type. A familiar model name isn't enough when the floor or boot shape changed between generations. Never put a new mat over an old one.

Fitting Your Set

1. Take out the old mats and vacuum underneath.
2. Position the driver's mat against the correct fixing points.
3. Secure the clips or retainers and check for movement.
4. With the vehicle safely stationary, check that the mat leaves the pedals completely clear.
5. Fit the remaining floor mats and the trunk mat.
